Privacy
What we collect, and why.
Short version: your email, so we can send the email. A few counts, so we can make it better. Nothing is sold, and there are no ad trackers.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up. We send one confirmation link first, so nobody can sign you up without you.
- Votes, optional feedback text, and link clicks from the weekly email, tied to your subscription. A 👍 or 👎 on a meal, the note you may add with it, and which links you open.
- Store requests from the Stores page: the store name, the neighborhood or city, and your email if you choose to leave it.
- Your IP address, used only to rate-limit the store request form. We store a one-way hash of it for that purpose, not the address itself.
Why we collect it
- The email address is how the weekly plan reaches you.
- Votes, feedback and clicks tell us which meals work, and they shape the plans that follow. They are tied to you so your own likes and dislikes carry forward.
- Store requests tell us which store to add next.
- The rate limit keeps the request form from being flooded.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data.
- Resend sends the email.
- OpenAI generates each week's plan from the store's public ad, plus an anonymous summary of which meals were liked or disliked. Names and email addresses are never sent.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views on this site. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ad trackers. We don't set tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
While you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only so we never email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted entirely, email hello@adtotable.com from the address you signed up with and we'll remove it.
